The Transformation of a Dark & Dusty Wasteland

One family's journey to transform the dusty wasteland, where children no longer came to play and couples didn't dare to walk after dark, into a thriving and welcoming oasis of life, full of abundance. Where there was dust and diesel exhaust, there would be safe river access and green grass. Where there had been coal and gas fired power, there would now be abundant electricity from the sun. Where there had been a terrified community, full of hungry stomachs and violent vices, this family brought abundance for life.

This family had been invited into the space they served to transform. The vital abundance they brought changed everything.

They inspired others to create, to give, to share, and to return to a place they had once loved so much. There was music. There was food. There was creation. There was community. There was an eagerness and a vibrancy that had left long ago. There was learning. There was safety. There was family.

Then there was Scenic Expressions, Inc. and the Larinto Family, and their greed, their cunning, their desire for more and more and more. And because they were not part of this community, because they lived and worked so far away, it didn't matter to them when they stomped on their neighbors, when they harassed them and threatened them. The dusty days were dollar signs. Who cares what it takes to get them? Sacrifice the light and the life and the love. Sacrifice the community and the river and the earth. Sacrifice it all.

With Mark and Tyler Larinto at the wheel, Scenic Expressions, Inc., needed more. They longed for the return of those dusty days that had been vanquished, days of destruction and coercion, deception and diesel trucks. At first this didn't make sense to anybody in the community. In fact, it never made sense, but through time, the community came to understand Mark and Tyler and Scenic Expressions, Inc. After all, it's a dog-eat-dog world. Who cares what and whom must be crushed in the race to the top?
